South on Interstate 390 to exit 10. West on Rt. 5 for 13 miles, CRC is on the right approximately two miles past the center of Caledonia.

From the East: 
West on Interstate 90 to exit 46. South on Interstate 390 to exit 10. West on Rt. 5 for 13 miles, CRC is on the right approximately two miles past the center of Caledonia.

From the South:
North on Interstate 390 to exit 7. Right turn at exit, north on rt. 63, 10 miles to NY Rt. 36. Right turn on Rt. 36 North, 10 miles to Caledonia.  Left turn on NY Rt. 5 West, CRC is 1 mile on the right.

From the West and the Greater Buffalo Niagara Airport:
East on Interstate 90 to exit 47. Rt. 19 South, 4 miles to NY Rt. 5. East on NY RT. 5 for 6 miles, CRC is on the left.
