Bulk Products Development Corp. owns 80 acres of light industrial property in
Livonia, NY which currently includes a grain elevator owned by
Bulk Products and operated by PACMA a division of Perdue
Agribusiness.
The
available industrial property is located approximately two miles
from Interstate 390 and has a new road proposed for construction
dissecting the property which will create improved access and a
more direct entrance to NYS Route 15 and Interstate 390.
The property is located within the yard limits of the Livonia, Lakeville and
Avon Railroad (LA&L) an active spur is adjacent to the
northern property line.

Bulk Products recently completed the
expansion of the grain elevator leased by the PACMA division of
Perdue Agribusiness. The $2.4M expansion will provide
increased storage, drying and receiving capacities.
