Leslie
L. Cole Jr.

President, Commodity Resource Corporation
Les
Cole is the entrepreneur responsible for developing the Commodity
Resource Corporation business plan and obtaining the private and
public financing to construct the Caledonia, NY facility.
He has over 25 years of experience in transportation,
agriculture and agribusiness with sales and marketing, financial
and general management expertise.
Mr. Cole is also President of Bulk Products Development
Corp and
served as President of Ag Network, Inc. from 1984 to 1999.
Mr. Cole serves on the Livingston County Chamber of Commerce
Board, the Noyes Hospital Board and he is an
appointee to the Advisory Council on Agriculture for New York
Governor Elliot Spitzer.

Thomas
B. Cronmiller

Partner, Hiscock & Barclay LLP
Mr. Cronmiller is an experienced
trial lawyer who has tried a variety of cases to verdict. He has
also handled appeals in both federal and state courts. Mr.
Cronmiller’s practice focuses on products liability, complex
personal injury, commercial litigation and professional liability
litigation, including medical malpractice, accounting malpractice
and directors and officers liability. Mr. Cronmiller serves as
Chair of the Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Area.
Mr. Conmiller earned his undergraduate degree in 1978,
magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo
and his J.D. in 1981 from Franklin Pierce Law Center

Matthew
E. Cole
Treasurer
Director of Business Development, Commodity Resource Corporation
Matt
Cole joined Commodity Resource Corporation in May of 2000 as Plant
Manager. During that time as
Plant Manager his responsibilities included assisting in financing
and startup of the facility and developing back office systems.
Matt currently serves as the Director of Business Development for
CRC and is President of LMB Development. Prior
to joining CRC Mr. Cole was a Sales Manager within the Organic
Product Market Group of Waste Management Inc. He was directly
responsible for managing sales of bulk products throughout the
Eastern United States from nine regional facilities.
Mr. Cole earned a bachelors degree in Plant Science from
the State University of New York at Cobleskill in 1992.

J. Collins

Senior Vice President Genesee and Wyoming Railroad
Dave Collins became Senior Vice
President of the New York and Pennsylvania Region in October 1997,
after having served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and
Development since January 1997. From 1992 to 1997, he was Vice
President of Marketing for the New York and Pennsylvania Region,
responsible for marketing, safety, information systems and special
projects. From 1990 to 1992, he was General Manager of Genesee
& Wyoming Railroad Company and Rochester & Southern
Railroad, Inc. Mr. Collins joined the Company in 1979. Mr. Collins
earned his undergraduate degree in 1979 from Oral Roberts
University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and his MBA from the Simon School
at the University of Rochester in 1988.

Bruce A. Dehm
Board Member
President, Dehm Associates
Bruce Dehm is the President of Dehm Associates a consulting firm
that specializes in farm based and agribusiness economics
including enterprise
analysis; budgeting; farm business plans; credit requests and
agricultural development. Prior to forming Dehm Associates Mr. Dehm held positions as
an Agricultural Economist for Agricultural Consulting Services,
Inc., Experience Inc. and Farm Systems Development Corporation.
Mr. Dehm earned an undergraduate degree in 1977 from
Cornell University and his M.S. in 1984 from University of Florida
with a concentration in Production Economics, Farm Management and
Agricultural Development.
