Blending & Transload Facility |

ETC has
targeted 2008 for the construction of a Biodiesel Blending and
Transload Facility at the CRC Industrial Park in Caledonia, New
York. This facility will bring in both Diesel and Biodiesel
railcars and produce blends for regional distribution. |

| The ETC Fuel
Facility will be the first biodiesel blending facility in the
region. Located within an active railyard with a modern
blending and containment system ETC is poised to provide a
service the region needs. Mandated requirements for ultra
low sulfur diesel and the inherent benefits of utilizing biodiesel blends are driving this
innovative project. |
